Welcome!

The Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSA) is a national consortium funded through the National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Center for Research Resources (NCRR) with the primary aim of creating a definable academic home for the disciplines of clinical and translational research at institutions across the country.  Additional information on this national program can be found on the NCRR web site at: www.ncrr.nih.gov/ctsa.asp.

You will find information about UT Southwestern Medical Center’s North and Central Clinical and Translational Science Initiative’s Key Functions and resources available to investigators on this page.  Our objective is to promote clinical and translational research in North and Central Texas by helping support the educational, career development, and research infrastructure needs for all clinical and translational investigators at UT Southwestern Medical Center and its Partnering Institutions.

This web site will help you access a wide range of resources that are provided and/or coordinated by the Department of Clinical Sciences at UT Southwestern and supported, in part, by the Clinical and Translational Science Award from the NIH
