We routinely see patients with a variety of hernia complaints, from straight-forward umbilical, femoral, incisional and inguinal hernia repairs, to the most complex.
Our surgeons are proven leaders in the area of minimally invasive surgery, which is often used for the treatment of hernias. For those patients requiring a more traditional surgical route, our skilled physicians are experienced in open surgery as well.
The goal with every hernia repair is to effectively address the problem the first time so as to avoid recurrent episodes. Whenever possible, our physicians perform laparoscopic surgery to improve the outcome of the operation as well as to reduce recovery time.
