UT Southwestern Medical Center’s General Dermatology Program has the largest multispecialty dermatology group practice in North Texas and offers the full spectrum of diagnostic techniques, treatments, procedures and advanced medical technologies. Our physicians diagnose and treat both common and uncommon diseases of the skin, hair and nails.
We offer therapies for patients with acne, warts and skin tags, as well as more complex conditions such as cellulitis, rosacea, connective-tissue diseases and blistering disorders. Our dermatology physicians develop the most innovative and effective techniques to treat a variety of skin conditions.
Many of our specialists also have experience in care of difficult-to-treat disorders such as sun-induced skin diseases, lupus, psoriasis, skin lesions, skin cancer (Mohs micrographic surgery), occupation-related skin problems, allergic diseases of the skin, scleroderma, Hansen's disease and more.
Patients are seen on the third floor of Clinical Building 1. The recently expanded facility offers state-of-the-art examination and treatment rooms, outpatient surgery rooms, clinical laboratories and private reception areas.
